Since September 2025, a tour has begun in Belgium, bringing The Jazz Sailor to several cities. Led by Italian saxophonist Angelo Gregorio—Artistic Director of the 2025 edition of Sa(n)remo in Jazz and now based in Brussels—this immersive concert pays tribute to the ocean through a sensory journey combining live music, storytelling, and visual projections. On stage, musicians and actors guide the audience through a poetic, sonic odyssey that celebrates the ocean’s beauty, power, and vulnerability. Designed as a voyage, the performance explores our deep connection to the sea and the urgent need to protect it, blending emotion and creativity throughout. Through this creation, Angelo Gregorio seeks to shed light, with delicacy and depth, on one of the most fragile treasures of our planet: the ocean.
