CARACAScom is a communications agency specialising in cultural projects, with expertise in press relations, influencer marketing and strategy. Based in Brussels, the agency supports institutions, artists and events — museums, foundations, festivals, auction houses and galleries — from defining their positioning to securing visibility across media and digital platforms. Its distinctive approach lies in the integration of press relations and influencer marketing, activating both media channels and communities. From editorial strategy to execution (press, content creators, events), CARACAScom develops coherent and targeted campaigns designed to reach the right audiences and embed cultural projects within the wider public conversation. Led by Victoire Muyle since 2021, the agency delivers a rigorous and thoughtful approach, driven by creativity, precision and a deep understanding of cultural ecosystems.

PRESS RELATIONS
Since its founding in 2003, CARACAScom has developed a recognised expertise in press relations for cultural projects, both in Belgium and internationally. The agency builds on a strong understanding of the media landscape – from editorial positioning and message development to long-term relationships with journalists – to design campaigns tailored to each project. Drawing on over twenty years of experience, CARACAScom ensures that every public appearance and media opportunity is carefully crafted and aligned with the specific challenges of the institutions, events and artists it represents. The agency coordinates local, national and international campaigns, with a constant focus on the quality of content, the strength of media relations and the tangible impact of press coverage.
INFLUENCER RELATIONS AND MARKETING
In 2021, under the direction of Victoire Muyle, CARACAScom expanded its expertise by integrating influencer strategy as a complementary pillar of its activity. The agency develops tailored campaigns by collaborating with relevant content creators and engaging communities around the cultural projects it supports. Each strategy is shaped according to the project’s objectives, target audiences and available resources, ensuring activations that are both precise, coherent and effective. Fully integrated into a broader communication approach, these campaigns strengthen the visibility and resonance of cultural projects across digital platforms.
IMAGE AND POSITIONING STRATEGY
CARACAScom works with cultural projects to refine their image and sharpen their positioning, taking into account their specific context and singularity. The agency focuses on how projects are expressed, perceived and unfold in the public sphere, enhancing their clarity and resonance. This approach enables the development of positioning that is both accurate and sustainable within cultural and media ecosystems.
EVENTS
Depending on the needs, CARACAScom designs and orchestrates events (from launches to tailored formats and professional gatherings) as an extension of its communication strategies. Each project is developed in collaboration with a network of specialised partners, selected according to the specific requirements and ambitions of the mission. The agency pays particular attention to overall coherence, ensuring experiences that are fully aligned with the project’s identity and its intended audiences.

Team
CARACAScom is an independent agency led by Victoire Muyle, operating with a deliberately focused structure. The number of collaborations is intentionally limited, ensuring a high level of involvement and continuity across each project. The team is engaged at every stage, with particular attention to the accuracy of decisions, the quality of exchanges and the overall coherence of the actions carried out.

VICTOIRE / General Manager
As the daughter of a journalist and an artist, it was perhaps inevitable that Victoire would find herself at the crossroads of these two professions. Curious and passionate, she never does things by halves, just like her Master's degree in Anthropology (ULB), which she passed with First Class Honours. After gaining experience in the non-profit sector, Victoire joined the agency in 2016. Alongside Hélène - the initiator - she has acquired solid experience and expertise, to which she has added her generational and strategic vision. Since 2021, Victoire has been at the helm of CARACAScom, consolidating what already exists while breathing new life and new perspectives into the agency. To achieve this, she has surrounded herself with a team that reflects her image, and it is together, as a collective, that the initiatives she takes on will be supported.
