CARACAScom is a communications agency that raises the profile of culture in Belgium and beyond! From its offices in Brussels, the team implements communication campaigns (positioning strategy & copywriting, press and public relations, eRP relations – influencer marketing, events, etc.) for cultural events (exhibitions, historical and heritage sites, festivals, fairs, book launches, etc.) and artists. Founded on solid expertise, the agency has been led since 2021 by Victoire Muyle. Its DNA: using professionalism, creativity, transparency and empathy to reach the right audiences so that each project gets the audience it deserves.

PRESS RELATIONS

Since its creation in 2003, the agency’s core business has been public relations. It provides a press relations service based on traditional PR methods (mailings, press conferences, drafting of press documents, etc.) while offering an innovative service tailored to the needs of each type of request. On a daily basis, the agency coordinates local, national and international press campaigns for a range of prestigious institutions.

INFLUENCER RELATIONS AND MARKETING

In 2021, under Victoire’s leadership, the agency added a strong, complementary pillar to its business: the implementation of marketing campaigns and influencer relations. For each assignment, the team develops a strategy based on attractive, tailor-made actions to reach the target audience on social networks.

IMAGE AND POSITIONING STRATEGY

CARACAScom develops and implements image and positioning strategies for institutions, companies, products, regions, cities and individuals. Our aim is to help our clients formalise their intentions clearly, appropriately and effectively.

EVENTS

Depending on requirements, the agency coordinates and implements events ranging from launch parties to corporate events. To do this, it relies on its vast network of subcontractors, built up over the years, to provide services that perfectly match the values and expectations of the client. Perfectionist and meticulous, the team leaves nothing to chance.

Team

CARACAScom is a small, dynamic team led by Victoire Muyle. To remain a human-sized partner, the number of collaborations is deliberately limited. The whole team is active and committed to each project, implementing and optimizing the best communication strategy for the means available.

  • VICTOIRE / General Manager

As the daughter of a journalist and an artist, it was perhaps inevitable that Victoire would find herself at the crossroads of these two professions. Curious and passionate, she never does things by halves, just like her Master's degree in Anthropology (ULB), which she passed with First Class Honours. After gaining experience in the non-profit sector, Victoire joined the agency in 2016. Alongside Hélène - the initiator - she has acquired solid experience and expertise, to which she has added her generational and strategic vision. Since 2021, Victoire has been at the helm of CARACAScom, consolidating what already exists while breathing new life and new perspectives into the agency. To achieve this, she has surrounded herself with a team that reflects her image, and it is together, as a collective, that the initiatives she takes on will be supported.
