The Liège International Comedy Film Festival is delighted to announce that actress, director, and screenwriter Marie-Anne Chazel will serve as President of the International Jury for its 11th edition, taking place from 10 to 14 November 2026. While attending high school, she met those who would become her lifelong creative companions: Thierry Lhermitte, Gérard Jugnot, Michel Blanc, and Christian Clavier. Together, they honed their craft on stage before conquering the silver screen. Over the decades, she has carved out a unique place in French cinema as a beloved, radiant artist deeply devoted to comedy in all its forms.
