On December 1, Artcurial, in partnership with Pierre Hermé Paris, will host a unique charity auction, marking a first in the world of French haute pâtisserie. For the very first time, creations from some of the world’s most talented pastry chefs will come together for a meaningful cause. In tribute to childhood, with its power to dream and inspire, this initiative celebrates excellence, creativity, and generosity within the profession. United around Pierre Hermé, the extended family of pastry chefs joins forces in a shared commitment. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to BAB Charity, founded by Alexandre Bader, which works to promote the well-being and development of children with leukemia hospitalized at Paris’ Armand Trousseau Hospital. To date, the organization has invested over €2 million in creating and renovating sterile rooms, including welcoming spaces for families.
