Mark Colle, born in 1978, has run the Baltimore flower store in Antwerp since 2007. In 2011, he collaborated for the first time with Raf Simons for the Jil Sander show. Over the years, a close collaboration has developed: from two Dior fashion shows to an installation for the presentation of Simons’ new fabrics for Kvadrat at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. For this exhibition, Colle drew inspiration from a dozen paintings in Raf Van Severen’s collection to create floral pieces.
