De overzichtstentoonstelling Nadia L\u00e9ger. A Woman of the Avant-Garde toont de grotendeels onbekende carri\u00e8re van deze uitzonderlijke vrouw, die een productieve schilderes, tijdschriftredactrice, medewerkster van haar man Fernand L\u00e9ger, lid van het Franse verzet, museumbouwer en fervent communistisch activiste was. De tentoonstelling volgt haar reis van haar geboorteland Wit-Rusland naar Parijs, de invloeden die ze onderging en de artistieke gemeenschappen waarmee ze in contact kwam. Door middel van nooit eerder vertoonde dialogen met werken van Fernand L\u00e9ger, Pablo Picasso en studenten van het Atelier L\u00e9ger (Nicolas de Sta\u00ebl, Hans Hartung, Marcelle Cahn&#8230;) verkent de tentoonstelling de wereld van deze adept van collectieve
