Every three years, Li\u00e8ge vibrates to the rhythm of contemporary printmaking with the flagship exhibition of the Triennial of Engraving of Li\u00e8ge at La Boverie, a major event on the international art scene. This new edition bringstogether 45 artists from 11 different countries, selected from 408 applications received. It highlights the richness and diversity of today’s printed images.<\/p>\n
The Triennial of Engraving is much more than just an exhibition, with the museum organising a wide range of activities and events, including meetings between artists, art lovers and experts, lectures, creamus\u00e9es, original tours, introductory workshops and a small market for prints and printed images on the weekend of 6 and 7 December.<\/p>\n
More than thirty cultural venues, galleries and art schools in the Li\u00e8ge region are also involved in the traditional Festival of Engraving, offering exhibitions, workshops and lectures.
