La Louvière is hosting a number of exhibitions in tribute to Pol Bury this fall. The Centre de la Gravure et de l'Image imprimée offers a monographic focus on the works of Pol Bury. The group Quinconce brings together at Gilson Castle nearly 18 contemporary visual artists who take an admiring, critical or ironic look at Pol Bury. The Centre Daily Bul & C° will highlight the surrealist youth and the poetic contribution of the artist and his generation. A book on Pol Bury's writings will be published in September, as a major centenary event. Also, a series of courses and workshops will be offered to youth and adults.
