This autumn, Esther Verhaeghe art concepts is launching a brand new permanent space in a lovely house on Avenue Macau, next to the Ixelles ponds. Esther Verhaeghe | Étangs gives the gallery a fixed exhibition space of more than 80 m2. For the launching of these new premises and the attendant series of exhibitions, Esther Verhaeghe has given carte blanche to the artist Daniel Enkaoua, from October 13 to November 12, 2022. With this double exhibition, the artist performs his music on two instruments. A complementarity of the highest quality. On the one hand, in the new Etangs space, sketches, small paintings and canvases in the process of being completed in dialogue with works by other artists in the gallery. On the other hand, in the old premises at 33, rue Simonis – before leaving them definitively – a solo show giving pride of place to large formats and recent productions.
