BeCraft is a professional association promoting the applied arts in Wallonia and Brussels regions. Ceramics, glass, jewellery, paper, textiles and object design are among the creative fields in which the artists supported and promoted by BeCraft are active. BeCraft works in conjunction with WCC-Europe, within the global structure of the World Crafts Council. BeCraft has four main objectives: to support and promote its member artists in Belgium and abroad; to inform and educate the public and professionals in the field through exhibitions, conferences, workshops and guided tours. BeCraft is located in a historical place: the former Abattoirs of Mons.
