In March, the second edition of Fine Art Fair Eurantica will take place in Nekkerhal – Brussels North Mechelen. This will happen in the presence of around 80 (old and new) exhibitors that were very convinced by a flawless first edition in Mechelen in 2016. This move from Brussels to Mechelen was not without risks but led to very positive results for the participating galleries, both Belgian and foreign.
The Nekkerhal - Brussels North (at only 20 minutes from Brussels and Antwerp), is from an architectural point one of the most beautiful exhibition venues run by Easyfairs, which also organises Art Brussels and Antica Namur. It is hence a perfectly equipped venue to host this important gathering of art lovers and experts.
For its 36th edition, from 18 to 26 March 2017, Fine Art Fair Eurantica continues its evolution: a fluid and elegant scenography with a floor plan that has not changed; the vetting (control of the pieces) before the opening of the fair by 25 renowned experts; at least 25.000 collectors and art and antique lovers who will visit the fair
Fine Art Fair Eurantica remains a fair which honours eclecticism, young antiques enthusiasts and authenticity. It stays very much focussed on classical works by Old Masters, ethnic art, but also jewellery, vintage furniture and modern paintings. This eclectic mix does not only fulfil the desires of her faithful visitors, but will also charm new visitors.
A nice extra: there is a collaboration with the Mechelen City Festival OP.RECHT and the city’s department Museums & Heritage will organise another exhibition at the fair. This year, the theme is Flowers.
Nekkerhal – Brussels North is at 5 minutes from the station of Mechelen, where there is also a taxi service. This station has direct connections with Antwerp Central, Gent Sint-Pieters and Brussels Midi, Brussels international railway station.
