Since 2003, Hélène van den Wildenberg is in charge of the public relations section of the company CARACAS scrl, a department that is composed of a multilingual team. She is an art historian but also a graduate in translation. She is internationally experienced in the management of public relations of products and fairs, museums and foundations. She started her career next to Madeleine Vandersteen, from whom she learned her expertise. She has been teaching PR during 10 years in IFAPME in the department "Manager training". She is still very involved in the section of public relations and works together with various educational establishments. She has organised more than 450 press conferences and press trips in Belgium and abroad (Paris, Milan, Stockholm, New York, London, Beijing). The agency has an office in Brussels and Liège, which enables her to be active in the Benelux and particularly in the Euregio Meuse-Rhin. The Brussels’ branch has a fashion showroom that is mainly dedicated to brands produced by the Italian company Marcolin, including Tom Ford Eyewear.
The company CARACAS is specialised in the fields of art, design, antiquities, architecture, fashion (accessories) and tourism. Among its activities: image strategy and the organisation of press campaigns. It has many references in the domain of contemporary creation. There are collaborations with other Belgian PR agencies (including Apropos) or French agencies, and international networks of press offices that are often activated for private or public markets. Hélène van den Wildenberg is also often involved in press campaigns with an institutional or economic character, for professional federations (including Pierres et Marbres de Wallonie) or within the framework of a close collaboration with the company Cecoforma.
CARACAS is since 2003 in charge of the press relationships of Grand-Hornu Images and MAC’s and has a yearly or punctual collaboration with various museums or cultural centres in Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders (museum M Leuven, Musée Royal de Mariemont, Cultural Centre of Knokke-Heist and its Fotofestival, BPS22, le Musée de Louvain La Neuve, Le Prix des Musées, le Musée Curtius de Liège…). The agency is in charge of the press relations of the festival Design September in Brussels (every year since 2007) and the Biennale internationale de la Photographie et des arts visuels de Liège (2006 to 2012). It is also active in the domain of fairs and art market. It is in charge of the press relations of Eurantica Brussels and Antica Namur (Artexis group, since 2003), the International Fair of Old Ceramics and Collection Objects (Enghien then Brussels, since 2005), the day open doors of the Antwerp galleries (ART-A) and Brussels Design Market. It was in 2012 in charge of the press relations of the art fair Art Brussels (on the international plan, ad interim), la Louvière Metropole Culture 2012 and Biennale des Antiquaires de Paris (for the Benelux).

In 2009 and 2010, it was in charge of the press relations of Brussels Export within the framework of its international programme Designed in Brussels (organisation of press conferences at design fairs abroad).
Within the hotel business, the agency was responsible for the opening press campaign of Hôtel Pantone (2010, Brussels), Ze Agency (hotel-flats), Loft Cube in Château de la Poste (2011, Namur) and hotel Le Berger (2012, Brussels).
